P2P trading platforms can be safe when you follow good habits. Use the checklist below every time you trade on KtkPay.
Core Safety Rules
- Download the APK only from the official install link on this site or the verified channel
- Never share your OTP, login password or PIN with anyone
- Verify that UPI payment has fully credited before releasing tokens
- Use only the in-app chat for support — ignore external “support” accounts
- Start with small amounts until you are comfortable with the process
- Enable any available app security features (PIN / biometrics)
- Keep your Android OS and the KtkPay app updated
Common Scam Patterns
🔴 Scam Alert: Fraudsters often impersonate KtkPay support on WhatsApp, Telegram or phone calls. They may ask for your OTP, password, or a “security deposit.” Real KtkPay support operates only through the in-app live chat and will never ask for any of these things.
- Fake APK files shared in random Telegram/WhatsApp groups
- Phishing websites that look similar to the real install page
- Buyers who claim payment was made but the UPI transfer never arrives
- Sellers who pressure you to release tokens before you confirm funds
What To Do If Something Goes Wrong
Open the KtkPay app and use the official dispute / appeal system immediately. Document screenshots of the chat and UPI transaction. Do not continue the conversation outside the app.
